The Topcon RL SV2S Dual Grade Laser will measure both horizontally and vertically, as well as measuring slopes. It will adjust for slopes from negative to positive 5 degrees. With a rating of IP-66, it makes it ideal for outdoor use, being protected against both water and dust. It will work up to 120 hours on D cell battery power and measures up to 2,600'. It can also use Ni-MH rechargeable batteries.
The Topcon RL SV2S Dual Grade Laser can be used on a tripod. It can also be set on its side and still give accurate readings. The LS-80L is designed to work with the unit, which can allow for grade levels of 5mm, 10mm, and 15mm. It also works with the RC60 remote, which has a backlit display. The remote has a range of 328'.
