With a working indoor range of up to 660 feet, the DT 940L’s laser pointer guides surveyors during alignment, layout, leveling, grading and squaring. This visible laser also enhances outdoor aiming, while the ultra-narrow beam precisely measures through walls, corners, fence openings and tree branches.

By using advanced algorithm and digital sampling technology, the integrated absolute encoder automatically restores the azimuth when the instrument is shut down or restarted to save time
