With 32x magnification, the Sokkia SDL30 Digital Auto Level was designed to take highly accurate height and distance measurements. This surveying and construction tool has a large internal memory, automatic recognition of inverted staff, wave and read technology, and a weather resistant design for use on tough jobsites.

Superior Precision

Featuring a working range of up to 328 feet, the SDL30 has a height accuracy of 1/64 inch per kilometer double-run and 3/8 inch at 33 feet distance accuracy. This auto level has four measurement modes: single-fine, repeat-fine, average and tracking. In addition, it is equipped with a shock-resistant pendulum compensator with magnetic damping system and allows you to take a single measurement in only 2.5 seconds.

Automatic Recognition of Inverted Staff

The SDL30 digital level automatically recognizes the barcode staff’s direction and displays the result with a minus sign. Height of ceiling, overpass, bridge, road sigh, tree branch, tunnel crown, and other objects can be easily measured without a calculator.

Wave and Read Technology

The wave and read technology allows the Sokkia SDL30 to track the barcode staff waved back and forth to read the correct height. In addition, this digital auto level automatically detects the least value of staff readings.

Data Storage

To measure height and distance, just aim the barcode staff, adjust the focus and press a single key. The results are immediately displayed digitally on the backlit LCD and can be recorded in the 2,000 points internal memory.

Water Resistant

With an IPX4 rating, the SDL30 is protected against water splashes from any direction. This optical instrument can be used in low light conditions as long as the cross hair is visible, as well as in very bright direct sunshine. It is also powered by a Li-ion-battery which is capable of supplying power for up to 16 hours.
