Peristaltic pumps are designed to remove water samples from shallow wells and surface water sources. The design allows the pumps to use single-stage pressure or vacuum pumping to remove samples cleanly. This maintains sample integrity with minimal pump cleaning. Most of these pumps offer variable speed and flow control and some have a reversible option for back-flushing.
