With onboard Nikon Survey software, the Nikon Nivo 3.M Reflectorless Total Station with 3-second accuracy provides surveyors with reliable positioning tools to perform stakeout and layout jobs with utmost precision. Designed for accurate topographic data collection, the legendary Nikon high clarity optics reduces eye strain by producing clearer images in bright and low light conditions. The powerful and accurate EDM of the Nikon Nivo 3.M delivers a long-distance reflectorless measurement range of 1,312 feet and approximately 16,404 feet away using a single prism. This optical instrument also includes a coaxial laser pointer to assist with target identification and reduced aiming time.

The Nivo M stores all your field data with its 10,000 points of internal memory and it comes standard with a traditional optical plummet which can be upgraded to a laser plummet by choosing the option at the upper right hand corner of the page. This land surveying tool also has a tilt sensor and dual-axis compensator for perfect leveling and stable angle measurements.

With complete set of COGO and survey stakeout functions and simple data management, the Nikon Survey software has an intuitive and easy to learn user interface that enables users to conveniently collect field data. The quick field coding also allows for convenient one-button data collection of point features and raw target data.  Supporting both prism-based and reflectorless technologies, this surveying software takes advantage of the Nivo M Series’ MSR1 and MSR2 keys, which can be used to separately configure different prism or reflectorless measurement parameters, eliminating time switching between measurement modes.

The Nivo 2.M features a dual black and white LCD display and alphanumeric keyboard with large user-definable keys that provide fast and easy access to the functions that are commonly used.  With this functionality, survey tasks can be performed more quickly and efficiently, allowing surveyors to increase productivity in the field. With IP66 rating, this field instrument is protected against water and dust so you can still use it even in harsh weather conditions. It is also equipped with two interchangeable batteries that provide up to 31 hours of continuous measurements!

Compatible with Spectra Data Collectors

With RS-232C serial and integrated Bluetooth capability, this survey total station supports cable-free connection with Spectra data collectors, such as the Nomad, Recon, Ranger and T41.
