The Leica Rugby 840 Self-Leveling Laser Package 790397 comes standard with a Rod Eye 180 Laser Receiver with remote functionality and digital readout. It also comes with a separate RC 400 remote, and an alkaline battery pack with 4 "D" alkaline batteries.

The Leica Rugby 840
The Rugby 840 Rotary Laser has dual-axis manual slope as well as horizontal, vertical, and 90° self-leveling. It automatically levels within 6°, has an accuracy rate of 1/16" at 100', and a working range of up to 2,300' when used with the included detector. Its has functions that allow construction professionals to complete projects quickly and easily by detecting and correcting movements, reducing errors and enhancing precision.

This Leica laser level offers a choice of 4 rotation speeds plus the effectiveness of the detector and remote. This makes it ideal for working on any leveling, aligning and squaring applications. You can use it for slopes in dual-axis and alignment, as well as leveling facades, form work, and slabs.

High Durability
This construction laser from Leica is weather-resistant and waterproof up to 3'. It is unaffected by dust.

Leica Rod Eye 180 Laser Receiver
The Rod Eye 180 laser receiver includes digital detectors and technology with automatic slope catching and integrated radio communication for precise 1/64” accuracy. It lets you align the horizontal, vertical and dual axis of the laser plane, and gives you the ability to correct the plane if necessary.

This laser detector also has digital readout, LCD indications on the front and back of the unit, and 15 laser beam grade references. The three LEDs reference the detector’s position, while the capture function stores measurements to display later. There is also an anti-strobe protection feature and an out of beam display that redirects the receiver to the beam when needed.

Leica RC400 Remote
The included RC400 remote control lets you operate the level from up to 650' away and is compatible with all of the lasers in the Rugby 800 series.

This Leica Rugby 820 package also comes with a hard carrying case, a user manual, and a 2 year limited warranty that is extendable to 5 years with registration.

Upgrade to Semi-Automatic Dual-Grade Functionality
The Leica RC800A Remote Control 840706 (sold separately) gives your Rugby 840 the ability to function as a dual-grade semi-automatic laser level. Just use the remote to dial in your desired percentage grade on the X or Y axis, or both, and the 840 will automatically match the grade you entered. The Smart Slope function improves accuracy by monitoring time and temperature changes throughout the work day.
