With a depth range of 12 meters, the Leica Maxi Sonde is used to trace deep lying drains, sewers and other non-conductive utilities. This dual frequency sonde acts like a signal transmitter for Leica Digicat utility service locators. It can also be attached to a wide range of equipment, such as drain rods, boring tools and inspection cameras. The Leica Maxi Sonde has a two-inch diameter and is powered by three AA alkaline batteries.
