The Johnson 40-6580 Rotary Laser Level has an electronic beam shield to turn the laser beam off in one to three quadrants when multiple lasers are being used. When moved beyond the leveling range, the laser beam flashes, beam rotation stops, and an audible alarm activates.
Capability It is programmable with dual slope operation function, allowing slope inclinations in both the X and Y axis. There is also a “Height of Instrument/Tilt alarm” function that ensures overall accuracy.
Accuracy This rotary laser level from Johnson has electronic self-leveling, which means it uses gears instead of a pendulum to find precise level. It levels within 5 degrees with an accuracy rate of 1/16 inches at 100 feet and has a 2000-foot diameter working range when used with the included laser detector.
Applications The Johnson Self-leveling Rotary Laser Level is perfect for outdoor construction projects such as establishing grades, excavation, on concrete pours, siding installation and more.
