The Johnson Cross Line Laser Level kit 40-6604 includes a line receiver and a cross beam laser.  The level projects 4 solid red beams - 3 vertically and 1 horizontally - separately or individually with an accuracy of ±3/16 inches at 50 feet. The interior range is up to 200 feet and even more when used outdoors with the included receiver.  It is also dust and water-resistant and provides up to 10 hours of continuous operation.

Very Versatile
Use the Johnson Cross Line Laser Level alone or with a tripod using its 5/8 – 11 thread.  It rotates a full 360 degrees, allowing complete coverage of the space and has a manual mode for extreme and customized angles.

Self-Leveling Accuracy
This laser level is self-leveling within ±3 degrees using a pendulum. It sounds an alarm and blinks when it is out of self-leveling range. Additionally, you can lock the pendulum securely for storage or transport simply by turning the unit off.  

Optional Laser Receiver 40-6780
The included laser receiver detects the beams at longer distances than the human eye, effectively extending the working range to 300 feet.  This adds to the number of projects you can complete outdoors and in bright lighting where visibility of the beams would normally be compromised. It has front and back LED displays, dual fine and coarse detection settings, is rain and dust resistant, plus it comes complete with its own clamp and batteries.
