This Chloride ISE (Ion Selective Electrode) is a high quality combination electrode that doesn't need you to purchase a seperate reference electrode. It can be used in conjunction with Horibas D-53 ion meter and any of the Horiba F-Series Ion bench meters. Simply plug this into your Horiba meter and take measurements using the Ion setting on your meter. Horiba makes among the finest quality testing instruments and electrodes in the world. These heavy duty electrodes are ideal for field measurements. The side-type internal solution filler permits submerged measurements in depths up to 1m (for up to 30 minutes). The glass membrane offers excellent response to low-conductivity water, and the clog-resistant liquid junction design make this model ideal for both tap water and pure water measurements.Replacement membrane cartridges can be purchased for this electrode. Meaning you do not need to replace the entire electrode if it starts to fail.
