The Haglof L5 Laser Range Finder is a quality surveying tool that provides very accurate and extensive measuring range. Its invisible eye-safe laser has the ability to reach almost any target, allowing you to choose between 3 different measuring modes: closest object, farthest object or strongest signal object. To spot individual objects easily this tool has a crosshairs in the scope.
The
Haglof L5 Laser Rangefinder has a long range measuring capacities, it
can deliver measurements from 1.5 ft to 2000 ft with an accuracy of +/-
0.1 ft. The Haglof L5 Laser Range Finder not only calculates long distances
accurately, it also measures heights up to a 1000 ft and gives you angle
measurements that can be used to compute inclinations in slopes. The
accuracy for those measurements is +/- 0.1 ft and +/- 0.1 degree
respectively. This
laser range finder features two phenomenal functions. The Tree Limit or
Hazard Trees function will give you an estimate or the risk that one
object can hit another in case of falling in its direction. This can be
used to calculate hazard trees or poles standing close to a house or a
power line. The L5 laser range finder also features the Delta Height
function. This function is designed to calculate line sag, basically it
gives us the height difference of a specific point situated at a
straight imaginary line between two fixed points and a third point
situated at the angular sag line, very useful while working on power
lines. All the features mentioned above make this laser rangefinder a very powerful tool for engineers and land surveyors. The
Haglof L5 Laser Range Finder is equipped with a built-in memory that
allows to save about 2000 measurements. All your calculations can be
transmitted via IR or Bluetooth to your preferred device for further
processing. The Haglof L5 Laser Rangefinder features a rugged and reinforced
housing and it only weights 9 oz. It's water, dust, heat and shock
resistant and its high visible display is also reinforced and proofed
against scratches and drops. This rangefinder has a built-in
rechargeable battery that allows approximately 9,000 measurements.
