The Topcon 2LS Tools Taurus is an automatic, self-leveling laser ideal for general construction applications. It features an out-of-level alert and includes a laser detector for a working range of up to 1,000 feet. This rotary laser is also compatible with most brands of laser receiver for fast and accurate grading and excavation work.

Horizontal Self-Leveling
Self-leveling within ±3 degrees, the Taurus levels horizontally and has an accuracy of 1/16 inch at 65 feet. If the construction laser is disturbed, it shuts off and alerts you to avoid going off-grade.

LS-1 Laser Detector
The included LS-1 laser receiver easily detects the position of the laser beam transmitted by the rotary laser, even in bright conditions. It has front and back LCD display, two accuracy settings and audible tone for noisy jobsites.  This laser detector also comes with a clamp so you can attach it to a grade rod for precise grade setting and checking.

Additional Features
The Taurus laser level has a single speed rotation of up to 600 rpm and a manual mode so you can adjust the laser at extreme angles.
Tough and Reliable

With an IP-56 rating, this rotary laser is dustproof, water resistant and can withstand extreme temperatures. It works up to 60 hours using four C dry cell batteries.
